At IKONICK, we want you to be 100% inspired by your new art; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to maintain their gallery-quality condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Art

  Carefully place the artwork back into its original protective cardboard sleeve and shipping box to prevent any damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
